Meet Our Team

Meet Rafael Carillo

the visionary leader behind 128 Sales Inc., committed to creating opportunities and empowering people to achieve freedom of time, money, and growth.

I’m the son of immigrant parents who migrated to the United States to escape a civil war in Central America. Their journey was about finding a better life and building a family, and their resilience shaped the values I carry today. I’m the middle child of three brothers, and from an early age, I learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

I played soccer my whole life, worked in retail and the fitness industry, but I ultimately fell in love with sales — not just the business side, but the authentic relationships I was able to build with people.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active in the gym, DJing house music, and — most importantly — finding the next best taco spot.

As CEO, I combine these life experiences with a dedication to mentorship and leadership development. My goal is simple: to empower individuals to achieve freedom of time, money, and opportunity while helping businesses grow through real, human connections.”

Sales Lead – Skylar

“Hi, I’m Skylar! I’m the second oldest in a big family, which naturally sparked my love for leadership and supporting others. I grew up doing cheerleading, worked at Amazon for a time, and eventually found my passion in sales.

Outside of work, I love making people laugh, spreading positive energy, and yes — shopping is definitely one of my favorite hobbies!”

Sales Lead – John

“Hi, my name is John! I’m the son of immigrant parents who came to the U.S. from humble beginnings, determined to give their children more opportunities than they had. As the middle child between two sisters, I grew up learning the value of hard work and responsibility.

From a young age, I was always involved—whether it was helping my mom at home or assisting my dad on his ranch. When my dad opened his business, La Michoacana, in 2018, I started working there at just 12 years old, and by 15, I was essentially running day-to-day operations. That experience taught me leadership, discipline, and the drive to succeed.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, staying active at the gym, and most importantly, staying grounded through my faith and time at church.”
